SYDNEY, April 21
Tho Labor Congress resolved in favor of only one class of railway accommodation. Opinions were expressed that most of tlie accidents result from overcrowding of second-class carriages, and it was resolved that all should be levelled aip to the first-class standard. (*l(ho abovo message, it will be noticed, omits to stato whether or not the "Labor Congress considered that fares, as well as accommodation, should Ire ‘‘levelled up to the first-class standard.”]
