CONNELL v. SLACK

XAPIEI), April 21. At the last sitting of tho Supreme Court in Napier, the case was heard of John Attridge Connell v. Edward Arthur Slack, in connection with partnership in the Wairoa "Guardian” newspaper. By consent a decree was made declaring the partnership dissolved as from the date of sale of the business. As to the question of damages, Justice Edwards took time to consider his decision. His Honor’s reserved judgment has now been received, in which he decides that the plaintiff can have no further relief than he takes under the decree already made. Costs of tho action have already been dealt with.
