WELLING tv/.'. April 25. The postmaster at -norm telegraphsto the secretary of the Chief lost Office that const-able, sent to Hokio* beach, returned to-day ami reports that a barque is apparently aground. H" could not distinguish anything by which the vessel could be identified. Three -steamers were close to her, hut(.•/fin unable to tho barque off. A moderate sea was running, v/ith a con- • iderable swell, but othei wise the weather was fine and there was no wind.. Another constable has been sent to the beach.
