GISBORNE CLUB
There was an unusually large muster of members' of the Gisborne Bowling Club on Saturday afternoon, and some interesting play took place. The following Saturday afternoon, and some intercstwero the results of the more important games: Zachariah, Lucas, Harris, J. J. Martin (skip) 23, beat Johnston, J. F. Pettie, Kyme, Ifworson (skip) 19. Dodds, Colle-y, Ambridge, Bright (skip) 28, beat T. Clarkson, M’Cvtilough, W. Pettie, Ponsford (skip) 20. Wilson, Morrin, Mackintosh,, E. A., Martin .(skip) 20, beat Wootton, Pvvitt, Paltridge, iSimson (skip) 14. Only eighteen heads were played at this rink, plav being stopped by the shower which fell late in iho afternoon.
