(Special to ‘‘Times.”) TOLOGA. BAY, April 28. Mrs. Reid’s store was burno.d_d.own Hi 4 o’clock this - morning. Nothing was saved. The stock was insured in the Norwish Union Office; for £6OO. There-is an insurance, policy of £250 on the building in the Liverpool, London and Globe Office. The dwelling had a narrow escape. '
