THE INSTIGATORS TO BE COURTMARTIALiLED. •(Received May 1, 12.25 a.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, April 30. Several prominent Young Turk* have declined portfolios in Tew fib's Cabinet. The Government are despatching a court-martial to Adana to fry the instigators of the massacres, and has resolved to punish them with the utmost severity.
