The "Nieu FriePriesse” reports that besides four Dreadnoughts, Austria is completing within two years three battleships of the Franz Ferdinand type, and constructing four swift cruisers, besides submarines. [The Franz Ferdinand approximates to the type represented by the- English Lord Nelson, which is a battleship of 16,500 tons, . 16,700 horse-power, IS knot speed, and 14 guns.]
