GALLERIES RE-OPENED. United Press Association—Copyright LONDON, May 4. The Speaker, in reopening the galleries of the House of Commons which were closed in connection with the reCCllt suffragettes’ disturbance, announced that he did so under the specified condition' that if the rules of the House were violated, the galleries would again be closed.
