LONDON
(Received May 7, 10.45 p.m.) CONSTANTINOPLE, May 7. The Hilmi Cabinet has decided to send several military columns to the Asiatic provinces to deal with the reactionary elements and restore order. Tewfik Pasha ' has been appointed Turkish Ambassador to London. [The last Turkish Ambassador to London was Rifaat Pasha.]
