CONSTANTINOPLE, May 10. Among the papers seized at Yildiz pPalaco were letters from the Kaiser and private Imperial correspondence with Abdul Hamid, the late Sultan, during the visit of 1898; also documents showing that some reputed exiles were Abdul Hamid’s chosen agents. Many bonds were discovered in the linings to Prince Halmi’s clothes. Prince Halmi desired his wardrobe to be sent to Salonika. The Sultan ' was invested with the sword of Othinan, amidst a great military display. Immense crowds enthusiastically cheered the new Sultan.
