i The Federal Committee of tho postal employees placarded Paris with an appeal to Parliament to . dismiss M. Simyan, head of the Department, threatening otherwise that it. would be war to the knife. It is expected that a strike will be declared to-night. The General Labor Federation is planing a triple strike of railway men, electricians, and postal employees.
