Lieutenant-Colonel Bauehop arrived from South Yesterday morning, and inspected the East Coast Mounted Rifles in camp at Makauri. Mr. J. A. Pottinger, of Gisborne, who has passed the examination for the decree of F.R.C.5... 'Edinburgh, will shortly proceed for the Continent to study in Berlin and Vienna.
