TROUBLE ON BLACK SEA COAST. RIFLES DISCOVERED AT YILDIZ. United Press Association- — uovyuigtii CONSTANTINOPLE. Alay 19. There is a state of siege on the Sliileli coast, Black Sea, owing to the presence of escaped Constantinople soldiery. Ten thousand of the latest rifles have been discovered at Yildiz.
