LONDON, May 20. had printed and privately circulated a letter written by Captain Bacon reflecting on the capability ■as an officer of Lieutenant Bellairs (Liberal M.P. for King's Lynn). After the attacks made on the Admiralty by 'Lieutenant Bellairs the document was 'made public. In the House of Gomtnons' Mr Reginald McKenna, First 'Lord of the Admiralty, has been nightfly heckled on the subject. He has now '•apologised on behalf of himself and Sir ’John Fisher.
