— Tlie following is the Rev. D. C. Bates’ general weather forecast:—Moderate south-easterly winds and little movement of the barometer probable north of New Plymouth and Napier, with changeable weather. Northerly winds are likely to prevail elsewhere soon, for a change due from the southward after about 18 hours.
