LONDON, May 27. The Budget debate in tho House of Commons continues. The resolutions for tho land tax proposals have been severely criticised. Many of the Opposition speakers consider that 20 per cent, on unearned increment and 10 per cent, on leases is unworkable, and that tho fanciful incidence on ungotton minerals, especially on iron, will check enterprise.
