She encuntered severe- gales on May 2nd and 3rd, and sprang a leak. She ran into another gale on Wednesday, and was roughly handled. A portion of the bulwarks was smashed. The leak increased, and the crew wore kept hard at work at the pumps. There were four feet of water in the hold when she reached harbor.
