MR.- AVRAGGE’S FORECAST. [Per Press Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, Juno 6. Regarding the approaching disturbance, “Buddo,” Mr. Clement Wragge says that “Buddo” includes many smaller disturbances, that might burst at any moment and produce miniature tornadoes. The main feature would he heavy westerly, southerly, and southeasterly weather, with rain and snow in the south. Minor shipping could not be too careful. Great rolling seas would sweep round the Bluff and affect the. East Coast, even to a comparatively low latitude. SNOW IN DUNEDIN. DUNEDIN, June 6. A light fall of snow took place in tho city and suburbs this morning, and tho surrounding high hills are thickly coated in white.
