The following is the Rev.D. C. Bates’ •general weather • forecast:—Cold, •cloudy and wet weather probable gen- • erally, accompanied by high southerly winds and squalls, with a rising barometer. After this the barometer will pi’obably be very high for a few days, which will be warm and sunny, and followed by cold and frosty nights.
