CANADIAN PACIFIC RAILWAY. WILL ALLOW USE OF RIGHT-OF-WAY. United Press Association —Copyright OTTAWA, June 14. It is stated in Ottawa that should the contributors to the Pacific cable decide in favor of an Atlantic cable as part of tho All-Red route, tho Canadian Pacific Railway Company is willing to permit tho use of its right of way from Halifax to- Vancouver for a special wire, for handling this business.
