MASSACRE BY TRIBESMEN. 5,000 PERSONS KILLED, United Press Association— Copyright LONDON, June 14. It is reported that the Shackhsevan tribesmen, ravaging Ardabil district, Persia, killed 5000 .people. The Russian Consulate is crowded ’with refugees. \ TURKISH AND PERSIAN SOLDIERS IN DISPUTE. An. altercation at Salmas between the Turkish Consul and Persian gendarmerie led to a fight. Seven Turkish soldiers were killed and twenty captured. Twelve Persians wore killed.
