UNLUCKY RUSSIAN BALLOON. CAUSES SIX DEATHS. United Press Association—Copyrigut. (Received June 20, 5 p.m.) ST, PETERSBURG, June 19. A tragic ballooning accident occurred at St. Petersburg. When nearly a mile up, the. military balloon the Vanno vsky ripped owing to the accidental pulling of the emergency valve, and descended with frightful velocity.' Of the four occupants of the car, M. Politzan, Court Chamberlain, was killed and his wife, fatally injured. The Vannovsky, in a former accident, had caused the, death of four officials.
