NEXT CONGRESS INVITED TO AUSTRALIA. United Press Association— Copyright TORONTO, June IS. Lady Aberdeen, opening the International Congress of Women at Toronto, emphasised the vast potentialities of such comradeship in London. Miss Baker invited the next quinquennial congress to meet in Australia.
