HORSE SALES. There was only a small yarding of horses at the weekly sale held by Messrs Williams and Kettle on Saturday. There was a poor demand, hacks selling from £4 5s to £8 2s 6d, while a harness horse was passed in at £ls. PRODUCE MARKETS. Messrs F. S. Malcolm and C'o., auctioneers, report the folloAving prices realised at their piroduce sales on Saturday : —Fowls Is 9d to 2s 4d, ducks Is 10d to 2s 3d, eggs Is 8d to Is 9d,. butter lOd and lid, onions Id lb (7s 6d CAvt) , potatoes 6s 6d cwt, pumpkins 3s doz, cabbages Is 6d doz, pears 3s 6d case, apples 2ld to 3d lb (2s 9d to 10s case.) Small vegetables at usual prices.
