i There are 87 fresh cases of cholera in St. Petersburg. The epidemic is worse than the preceding outbreak.

[The last outbreak of cholera in Russia occurred in the autumn of 1908. From August 10 to September 14, there were 401 cases, 96 of which were fatal, in St. Petersburg. In the whole of Russia, from the beginning of the outbreak, there were 6747 cases, of which 3130 resulted fatally.]
