The members of the Russian Council of Empire and of the Duma, now on a visit to England, were entertained at luncheon at the House of Commons. Mr Asquith cordially welcomed them. - - LONDON, June 23. Arrangements are in progress in London for extending a welcome on the visit of a dozen membeps of the Turkish Parliament, headed by Talaat Bey, the Vice-President.
