A SEAMAN’S FATAL FALL. [Per Press Association.] AUCKLAND, July 2. A seaman, named Mclntosh, belonging to the barque Jessie Craig, fell from aloft when the vessel was off the East Cape yesterday morning. He dropped on to the deck, a fall of about 55 feet, and died this morning. FATAL FALL FROM A BUILDING., WELLINGTON, July 2. Wiliam Lovedale, aged 60, married, fell from a building in course of erection —a distance of 70 feet—at 1 o’clock to-day. and he sustained such serious injuries that he died almost immediately. His wife is on a visit to the O.u Country. OLD MAN’S BODY FOUND. TIMARU, July 2. The body. of an old man, William Mackenzie, reported missing sinco the 16th, was found in a gully off LeCfren Street this morning. The discovery clears up a painful mystery.
