The Press delegates and the London Executive Committee have made the existing organisation the permanent one to consider the interests of the; Empire Press as a whole, and te make the necessary arrangements. The Conference has therefor© established an Empire Press Association restricted to the daily papers. All are on a basis of equality, with associations and committees in each dominion and dependency on secretarial iwork carried on in London. Mr C. A. Pearson, who had hitherto been ill, presided at the meeting. x
