A private syndicate, with a capital of a quarter of a million sterling, is being formed to work Dr. M. Boyd’s, airship. He and two companions crossed the Irish Channel with the utmost secrecy at night time last May, at a height of 3500 ft, in four hours' a distance of 90 miles, landed near Belfast, and recrossed the following night. He admits that his airship was the mysterious one reported at Caer Philly, Cardiff, Northampton, and elsewhere.
