W ebb, or Hastings, a large consignment of specimen trees, etc., at their mart on Saturday first, at noon, and as it is some years now since a really first-class snipment lias found its way into Gisborne, no doubt buyers will avail themselves of this opportunity. Messrs Adair Bros., drapers and clothiers, announce a “big drop sale,” to begin at- 9.30 a.ui. on Friday next, July 16. . Mr. R. Robertson, clothier and outfitter, lias an 'advertisement in this issue calling attention to desirable lines of oilcoats on sale at present.
