THE “TIMES” CROPS ESTIMATES. AN ENCOURAGING PROSPECT. United Press Association —Copyright (Recived July 10, 12.40 a.m.) LONDON, July 9. The “Times” preliminary report on British crops states that tho persistence of unfavorable weather may lead to a modification of the high estimates for some districts. The prospect, on the whole, is encouraging. The estimates of the condition of the wheat crop are 95.3, barley -92.3, .and oats 94.1.
