The “Times” preliminary report on British crops states that tho persistence of unfavorable weather may lead to a modification of the high estimates for some districts. The prospect, on the whole, is encouraging. The estimates of the condition of the wheat crop are 95.3, barley -92.3, .and oats 94.1.
