THE POSITION IN SCOTLAND-
NOTICE OF REDUCTION IN WAGES United Press Association- —Copyright. (Received July 9, 10.30 p.tn.) LONDON, July 9. The Scottish coal mine owners have posted notices enforcing a reduction of 6d a day in wages from July 26th.. There are indications that the event of a strike the stoppage will he confined to Scotland, the English and Welsh miners financially supporting the strikers.
