Malcolm and Co. announce that at 2 p.m. to-day they will hold a sale of furniture and sundries at their mart. The lots to be offered will include the balance of Mr. M. V . J. Attwood’s stock. Messrs Jennings and Co. announce 'vat, at 11) a.tn. to-day, under instructions from Mr. J. N. Anderson, Napier, they will hold an unreserved, auction sale of pot plants. They .will 1 also hold a sale of .poultry and produce,, with 110 reserves. An advertiser, a lady with one child, wants comfortable board in aprivate family. Messrs Lawrence and Hanson, electrical importers,-Wellington, agents for Hie General Electric Co., Ltd., and-lor the “Osram” lamps, have an announcement to thd public in this issue. A reward is offered for the recovery of some lost letters and papers, to he returned to the Albion Hotel.
