' TWO LEADERS FINED. A QUESTION OF APPEAL. United Press Association— Copyright. (Received July 11, 5.5 ,p.m.) LONDON, July 10. Airs. Pankhurst and Mrs. Laversfield were fined £5 each for the disturbances on June 29. The> Magistrate advised .them to appeal on the point of law respecting the right of subjects to present petitions to the Crown. The remaining cases have been postponed.
