The censure debate is proceeding in the State Parliament. The Government is determined, if possible, to force -a division before the House adjourns. A Government victory is assured.
MELBOURNE, July 13
The Opposition has resumed the censure stonewall, Mr. Webster, continuing his speech from Friday, put in eleven hours at a stretch. The debate has been adjourned.
