A correspondent of tlio ‘‘'Pastoralist s Review” writing from Buenos Aires on April 9tli. says:—The agricultural and pastoral outlook at the time of" writing is anything but satisfactory, in that the rainy season persists in delaying its arrival. Reports from all parts, north, south, and west; toll the same tale. Streams and wells that have not been dry for years are now failing, and in the ease of wells, sinking two and three metres farther down does not give hotter results. Grazing is becoming scarce. Ploughing cannot be commenced. The season is slipping by. Should the long-expected rains, when they come, be followed quickly by cold, frosty weather, the-young sprouts will be lmdly mauled, with a consequent serious grazing situation for tlio winter.
