A PASHA HANGED
United Press" Association —Copyright LONDON, July 20. The executions at Constantinople on Monday included Cherkness Melrmet Pasha, Abdul Hamid’s former aide, and Hokki Bey, ,a notorious spy. Ali Kemal, editor of the newspaper J‘lkdam,” was sentenced in his absence to perpetual exile. Devevdex Bey, proprietor of the “Ikdam,” was acquitted.
