APNab, has strongly recommended the committee set ftp in Blenheim not to attempt to • erect the memorial in tlie jubilee week of tlie Alarlborough province, in November next, but to have only the ceremony of layino- tlie foundation stone at that time, 0 and to erect a good memorial later on. The committee has received designs for the memorial from AVellington, Nelson, Auckland, and Christ-, church.
