THE WEATHER
The following is the Rev. I). C. Bates’ general weather forecast: —Moderate to strong southerly, winds will probably prevail, with cool and changeable weather. A cyclonic disturbance has passed north of the Dominion, and is now north-east of East Cape, causing the gale and rain reported there, as well as raw weather on the East Coast lor some distance southwards.
