The newspaper “The Grocer” Congratulates the New Zealand Ministry on its decision to prosecute makers of excessively moist butter, and says that nothing will do more to restore the confidence of English importers tnan the knowledge that the colonial Government is determined to severely punish, producers who, for a small immediate gain, are jeopardising the prosperity of the New Zealand blitter industry.
