Mr J. Coleman, Deputy-Official Assignee, notifies that tenders will be received up to noon on Thursday next for the purchase of one cow and one horso in the estate of Joseph Gurzinski. An advertiser, a young man with good dogs, wants work on a sheep station. Mr. W. 'Lissant Clayton** advertises 950 acres of freehold, situated near a rising port, for sale or lease on advantageous terms. The premises lately occupied by Messrs L. D. Nathan and Co. are advertised to bo leased. Anhlicatioii is to bo made to Mr. W. Lissant Clayton.
