TfN exercise of the powers conferred on 1. it. <by Part IV. of the Counties Act. 1908, the Cook County Council hereby makes by Special Order a Bylaw under Section 139 of the Public Works Act. 1908, as follows: — That all heavy traffic of any kind shall cease upon all County roads, within the County of Cook, during the months of May, June, July, August and September in every year.
