WELLINGTON, August 3. _ Major Robert Hughes, of Wanganui, will command the New Zealand rifle team at the Jubilee meeting at Randkick in October next, Colonel Collins, chief executive officer, being unable to go. Competitors outside the- official team will be allowed the same concessions in steamer fares on communicating with the executive officer.
