Reuter’s Tabriz correspondent reports that Mohammed Kali Khan, envoy of the iSipahdars and the Minister of War, shot 100 wealthy reactionaries at Ardcbil, and-handed their bodies to their relatives for a sum of 30,000 tomans (about £10,600 sterling).
