Mr. W. Lissant Clayton offers for sale on easy terms, or lease, a property of 950 acres freehold, situated 15 miles from a pert, and easily carryiug two sheep to the acre. Messrs Common, Shelton and Co. have an announcement in this issue of tho “Times” respecting great reductions in prices during their present sale. The Deputy Official Assignee invites tenders for the purchase of a mincing machine, in the estate of J. H. Norcross, butcher. , The premises in Lowe Street, late;y occupied by Messrs L. D. Nathan and Co., are advertised to be let on lease. Particulars may be obtained from Mr. W Lissant Olay ton, Messrs F. S. Malcolm and Co., at II a.m. to-day, will commence an auction of poultry, produce, fruit, and pot plants. At 2 u.m. the firm will offer a quantity of office furniture, jewellery, saddles and bridles, bicycles, general furniture and effects, and 14 sacks of “Up-to-Date” potatoes.
An advertiser wants a_. young man, with a knowledge of book-keeping, for a Country store. Mr. Hastie. saddler, has a notification to the public in this issue of the “Times.”
Mr. J. C. Graham, Glonroy. announces that he wishes to let tenders for a mile and a half of fencing. Messrs Williams and Kettle will sell three pedigree Ayrshire cows, prizewinners, at tlioir horse bazaar* Lowe Street, at noon to-day. It is announced that Messrs larker Bros, and Sheridan are agents for theWhite Horso whisky. . , * Mr. J. Sigley, bookseller and dealer in fancy goods, announces that many lines of goods are on sale at clearance prices at his shop this month. A smart boy is wanted for night work in the linotype room of the “Gisborne Times” office.
