SIGHTED ON JULY 27, NOT PLYING DISTRESS SIGNALS. \■ . United Press Association—CorfßiGHT {Received August' 10, 12.10' a.m.) LONDON, August 9. Reuter’s- Durban correspondent reports that. the officers .of .the liner Guelph, which sighted the Waratah eastward of East London on the night of the 27th, state that the Waratah was then eight hours late. Communication was attempted;- but tho signals were indistinct. The Waratali was not flying signals of distress. The s.s. Runic arrived at Capetown yesterday. She took a side course from Durban, and saw no- trace of the Waratah-
