Tho U.S.S. Co.’s Flora arrived,from Napier and south yesterday morning, and sailed later for Coast ports and Auckland. ' The U.S.S. Co.’s Tarawera arrives from south this morning and sails later for Auckland. She will be tendered at 5.45 a.m. and 9.30 a.m. . The Huddart-Parker Co.’s Victoria arrives from Auckland and Sydney this afternoon, and sails later for south. She will he tendered on arrival and with outward passengers at 9 p.m. The U.S.S. Co.’s Aparima left Calcutta for New Zealand, via Singapore and Samarang, on Monday, August 2, and is due in Auckland on September 2. * The s.s. Uinta (8.1.5. N. Company) left Calcutta for Auckland and Wellington. via Torres Strait, on Monday, 2nd inst., and is due in Auckland on Augaist 30th. . ' The U.S.S. Co.’s Corinna is due for survey at the end of this month, but will not withdraw from the time-table running. In order, however, to give sufficient time for the necessary work to be done, it was proposed to despatch her from Wellington,yesterday direct to Dunedin, and again from Wellington on Tuesday, August 24, direct to Dunedin, omitting the call at Timaru in botli
cases.
