RELIEF CONCERTS IN CAPETOWN.

United Fiiess Association—Copyhigiit CAPETOWN, August 10. Concerts have been held at Capetown in aid of the sufferers by the wreck of the Maori.

The heroic boatswain of the Maori is a son of Mr. William Stewart, of the Sumner Road, Lyttelton, for many years a stevedore for the Shaw-Savill Company. Mr. George* Stewart is a man of about 35 years af age, and has been away from Lyttelton for some time. His wife lives in Lyttelton.
