The following is the Rev. D. O. Bates’ weather forecast: High easterly winds arid rain are probable north of East Cape and Jxawhia, and southeasterly winds elsewhere with cloudy and changeable weatherespecially on the east coast of the North Island, where the seas will also probab.y be rough. A cyclonic disturbance appears to be developing in the northward of New Zealand.
