COOK COUNTY COUNCIL. HEAVY TRAFFIC BY-LAW. TN exorcise of the powers conferred on it by Part IV. of tlie Counties Act. i. 908, the Cook County Council hereby makes by Special Order a Bylaw under Section 139 of the Public Works Act. 1908., as follows: That all heavy traffic of any kind shall cease upon all County roads, within the County of Cook, during the months of May, June, July, August and September in every year. The driver of any vehicle who does not observe the requirements of this Bvlaw shall be' liable for every offence, to a penalty of five (5) pounds.
